Starting last year, your favorite gypsies :), started volunteering for the Gathering of the Vibes.  The “Vibes” is a music and arts festival located in Bridgeport, CT at Seaside Park.  We were recruited at the Jersey Shore Festival which we volunteered at last summer.

We were blessed with meeting a wonderful soul there, Hal, who quickly became a friend. 

Now an annual affair, we work the “Vibes” specifically at the Ferris Wheel for Hal and get into the festival for free.  We left bright and early today and met Kara and George before getting into the festival so we can camp together.  Took about 2 hours in line, kinda a drag, and then popped up the teepee and was whisked away to an 8 hr shift at the wheel.

We had a great time taking tickets.

As well as, hanging with a sister while setting up music for the booth!

We even got to ring the bell of the old Furthur tour bus!
